Bedding for each additional person over 9 guests needs to be brought with you.

*Even though The Haight Home is a Bed and Breakfast, it Does Not include breakfast in the mornings for house rentals.

*A kitchen fee of $50 will be charged to the card on file if the kitchen is not as clean as it was upon arrival. ( Make sure to do your own dishes! )

Deposits

A $100 deposit per reserved night will be charged to the card on file within 48 hours of a reservation being made. The remainder is due at check-in and may be paid with credit or debit card.

We Do Not Accept Checks

Cancellations

If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days then the $100 deposit per night will be charged to the credit card on file plus applicable taxes.

If the reservation is cancelled with less than 15 days notice then the FULL house rental rate plus applicable taxes will be applied to the credit card on file.

Cancellations must be made over the phone.

Pet Policy

No pets allowed inside the house.

Cottage considered (need approval from manager beforehand).

Flame Free

The entire home is non-smoking. A $300 fine will be assessed by charging the card on file if evidence of smoking, use of lit candles, or use of flame for any other purpose; to include any damage is found in any rooms/home.
