We choose to share the beauty of our gardens with those who love nature and the outdoors and who will respect our property as if it were their own. If you choose to use our property, you will be expected to comply with rules and guidelines to ensure that we can continue to allow its use. The rules will be considered part of the contract, so please read and understand them before deciding to commit to our contract. Failure to follow our rules and guidelines, will result in the forfeiture of a portion of or all of your damage deposit. Please request an email with these guidelines if you would like to see them!
Our list of rules and guidelines may seem extensive, but this is a historic home, not public property. We spend many hours working on it to make it a pleasurable place of beauty for your event. Just Wedding or Reception
$900 + $250.00 non-refundable deposit must have a card on file and will be charged for any damage or extra cleaning fees.
Wedding And Reception
$1,750 + $250.00 non-refundable deposit. Card must be on file.
If alcohol is going to be at any event, it will cost an extra $1,000.
What's included:
These rates include use of The Cottage to change for the bridal party, use of The Garage for bathroom access during the event, and use of The Kitchen for food prep.
Other items included in our price are:
- 100 white folding chairs
- 10 round tables
- 2 long tables
- Linens of 1 color (your choice of color) to cover tables
- Various benches found on the property
- We also have many flowering pots that are available for your use
**A valid credit card must be kept on file at the time of the event in the case of any damages or extra charges incurred that exceed the $250 deposit.
A $250 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reserving your date (this amount goes towards your balance). The remaining balance must be paid in full two (2) weeks prior to date of event.
